Consulting Services
Scope of Services
KAPN Consulting: Innovative Solutions provides consulting, education, and planning support for caregivers, families, and healthcare organizations. The specific scope of any consulting engagement is outlined in the service agreement provided to each client prior to the commencement of work.
Not a Clinical or Therapeutic Relationship
Engaging Kelly Price Noble, DHA, MAOM, CRCFEA, CSA® as a consultant does not establish a clinical, therapeutic, or physician-patient relationship of any kind. Consulting services are advisory and educational in nature. Clients with medical, psychological, or clinical needs are encouraged to seek care from appropriately licensed professionals.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Consultations are scheduled through Calendly. Cancellation and rescheduling policies are communicated at the time of booking. KAPN Consulting reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments when necessary and will provide reasonable advance notice when doing so.
Payment
Payment terms for consulting services are outlined in individual service agreements. KAPN Consulting reserves the right to update service fees at any time. Updated fees will not apply to engagements already under a signed agreement.
